Of all the videos that the Angry Video Game Nerd has ever made, the one featuring this game called Plumbers Don’t Wear Ties is possibly one of the weirdest and worst “game” I ever saw. I put the word game in quotation marks because the only game part is having to choose what the protagonist should do (switches between the male and female characters). I had waaaaay more fun choosing what to do in those Choose Your Own Adventure books tbh.
Oh, and regarding the console it was on (the 3DO), I never even heard about it until I watched this video. Thanks to AVGN, I was introduced to really obscure consoles such as this, the Philips CD-i, the Atari Jaguar (it was obscure for me anyway because I had no idea Atari tried to compete with Nintendo and Sega by releasing a so-called 64-bit console), and Nintendo’s own Pong console back in the day.
Speaking of Pong consoles, I grew up in a world where game cartridges already existed, so it still kinda blows my mind that back in the 70’s the entire console was the game. We all have the Atari 2600 to thank for changeable cartridges. I vaguely recall watching my father play Space Invaders with the 2600, but I don’t have any recollection playing it. My earliest gaming memory was playing the Game & Watch. :D
Fanart of the first game reviewer I ever watched… the memories are great…

….would anyone have ever actually wanted this? :P
I would laugh though, if whoever holds the rights to any of these games would ever have actually agreed to license them in a package like this.
